Order direct. Restaurants keep 100%.

Tafel is a delivery and pickup app for Berlin’s independent restaurants. Instead of taking a cut of every order, the platform charges one flat monthly subscription and pays every euro of every order out to the restaurant.

How it works

Two sides, one honest arrangement.

Customers get the restaurant’s own prices and a chat with the kitchen. Restaurants get orders, their own drivers, and the full amount every week.

For customers

Search for what you are hungry for

Type “Cheeseburger”, “Käseburger” or even “cheesburger” — the AI search understands synonyms, typos and both languages, and tells you why each dish matched.

Try it

Order delivery or pickup

Every restaurant sets its own radius, fee and minimum. Outside the radius you can still order for pickup. Pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, Klarna or cash.

Checkout

Chat with the kitchen until it arrives

No scooter on a map. A status timeline, a push for every step, and a chat that is open while the order is active and closes itself when it is done.

Live order

For restaurants

Subscribe, or use a promo code

One flat plan, monthly or annual. Launch codes give up to twelve months free; the card is stored and billing starts when the trial ends.

Pricing

Set your radius and your rules

Delivery radius in km, fee, minimum order, prep time and opening hours — set on the iPad, shown to the customer exactly as entered.

Get paid weekly, in full

Online payments land with the platform and are transferred to your bank every week. Cash your drivers collect stays with you. There is no commission line, because there is no commission.

What is in the box

Everything the aggregators do. Nothing they take.

For restaurants

Keep every euro of every order.

A restaurant doing a hundred orders a day pays the same flat subscription as one doing ten. Your drivers, your prices, your customers — and a weekly bank transfer for the full amount.

Localisation

Built for Berlin, in German and English.

German first, English fluent. Every string in the apps is keyed; menu content is drafted by machine and reviewed by a person before it is marked as final.
