What this screen proves. Watch it move: the order advances through accepted → preparing → ready → on its way → completed on a timer, a push banner drops in at each step, and the ETA updates. The same status is read by the iPad board and the admin. Chat is enabled only while the order is active; there is no refund button — problems go to the restaurant, and no map, because the client did not ask for tracking.
