What this screen proves. Codes are admin-managed, restaurants opt in per campaign: OKTOBER15 is scheduled and shows how many restaurants have joined so far (the iPad app toggles this). PICKUP10 only works in pickup mode, WELCOME5 is first-order only — “Apply” puts the code in the cart, where the same rules decide if it counts.
